Terms of use
Plain terms, one page. Version of October 4, 2026. By using Verrum you agree to them.
1. What the service is
Verrum reads the data your machines already send to their manufacturers, and the cost and job information you give us or connect, and shows you recommendations with the arithmetic behind them. It is a tool to help a person decide. It does not decide for you, operate equipment, or move money.
2. Your account
- You confirm you are allowed to connect the manufacturer accounts, accounting systems and files you connect, and that the machines are yours to manage.
- Keep your access codes private. Anyone with a code can see your account. You can change codes yourself at any time.
- Do not use the service to collect data on machines or companies you do not manage, to resell our output, or to attempt to access another customer's data.
3. What we promise
- Your data is yours. We use it only to run the service for you. We never sell it, pool it with another customer's, or use it to train anything. Details are in the data agreement and how your data is protected.
- Access to your machines is read-only. The only thing we write outside our own system is what you approve by hand.
- You can disconnect or delete everything at any time, yourself, without asking us.
4. Recommendations are information, not advice
Every figure shows its basis and its coverage. Figures can be wrong when the data behind them is incomplete, and we say so on the page when we know. Decisions about buying, selling, repairing, renting, bidding or operating equipment are yours. We are not liable for the outcome of a decision you take, and our total liability under these terms is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
5. Pilots and payment
A pilot is free, has no contract and no obligation to continue. If you move to a paid plan, the price, what it includes and the monthly AI allowance will be written down before you pay anything, and any limit you can reach will be shown to you with a way to ask for more. No silent cut-offs.
6. Third-party systems
Manufacturers and accounting providers set their own terms for the connections you authorize. Some charge their customers for API access; we tell you before you connect when we know that. We are not responsible for their availability or their fees.
7. Ending it
You can stop at any time by disconnecting or asking us to delete your account. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or at once if these terms are broken. Either way you can download your machine list and approved files first.
8. Changes and contact
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email the address on your account before the change applies. Questions: the address below.
