What Verrum reads, and what it cannot do

One page, so anyone at your company can see exactly what a pilot with us involves. Version of October 1, 2026.

1. What we read

Machine telematics: the data your machines already send to their manufacturer. Engine hours, idle hours, fuel used, fuel and DEF level, whether the engine is running, location, fault codes, and the machine's make, model and serial number. Nothing else from your manufacturer account. If you choose to upload files (an equipment list, repair history, rates, rental invoices, job sites), we read those too, and only those.

2. What we cannot do

3. Who can see it

You and the people you add to your account. Abimanyu, as the person running Verrum, for support and to prepare your reviews. The companies that host the software and send our emails process it on our behalf and for no other purpose. Nobody else.

4. How long we keep it

While your account is open. When the pilot ends we keep it for 90 days in case you want to continue, then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. How to switch us off, without asking us

Our access stops the moment you do any of these. You never have to tell us first.

6. Deleting everything

Ask, by email, at any time. Within 7 days we delete your account and everything in it: the database, the credentials, every file you uploaded and every file we produced. Our backup copies are deleted within 30 days. We confirm by email when it is done.
